UPDATE: The interruption was caused by an automatic kernel patching update that caused the server to panic and reboot repeatedly. The server is now stable and the automatic kernel patching has been disabled. The company that makes the software (KernelCare/CloudLinux) has been notified and will be investigating.
The superior server is experiencing a network interruption that's causing slow connections to the server. We are investigating.
