To cancel your account login to the client area at https://cms.vervehosting.com/clientarea.php.
After you login select “My Products and Services” from the main menu.
On the right hand side of the screen is a small box with a green arrow. Click this box.
Scroll to the bottom of the next screen and click the “request cancellation” button.
In the cancellation form enter the reason for canceling your account. In the cancellation type drop down box select either the cancel immediately or cancel at the end of the billing period option, then click the Request Cancellation button.
