How to Create a cPanel Email Account and Add It to an iPhone
This guide explains how to create a new email account in cPanel and then add the account to the iPhone Mail app, including the correct SMTP authentication settings for sending email.
Step 1: Create the Email Account in cPanel

Log in to your cPanel account.

Scroll to the Email section.

Click Email Accounts.

Click the Create button.
Fill in the following information:

Domain: Select the domain name for the email account.

Username: Enter the email name (example: info).

Password: Enter a strong password or click Generate.

Storage Space: Leave the default or choose a custom quota.

Click Create to finish.
Your new email account is now ready to use.
Step 2: Gather Your Email Settings
Before adding the account to your iPhone, confirm your email settings:

Password: The password you created in cPanel

Incoming Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com

Tap Next and wait for verification.
Step 6: Save the Account

Ensure Mail is enabled.

Your email account should now appear in the iPhone Mail app.
Step 7: Verify SMTP Authentication Settings
SMTP authentication is required to send email.

Tap Mail.

Tap Accounts.

Select your email account.

Tap Account.

Tap SMTP under Outgoing Mail Server.

Confirm the following settings:
