This guide explains how to configure your cPanel email account in Microsoft Outlook so you can send and receive emails from your desktop.
Step 1: Log in to cPanel

Open your browser and go to your cPanel login page:

Enter your username and password.

Scroll to the Email section.

Click Email Accounts.
You will see a list of all email accounts associated with your domain.
Step 2: Find Your Email Settings

Locate the email account you want to configure.

Step 7: Enter Your Email Password

Step 8: Setup Complete
Once the account is successfully configured, you will see:
“Account Successfully Added”
Click Done. Your email will start syncing in Outlook.
