Make sure the new password is entered correctly in both cPanel and Outlook.
-
If you still cannot connect, verify the incoming and outgoing server settings:
| Setting | Value |
|---|---|
| Incoming Mail Server | mail.yourdomain.com |
| Outgoing Mail Server | mail.yourdomain.com |
| IMAP Port | 993 |
| SMTP Port | 465 |
| Encryption | SSL/TLS |
-
Ensure SMTP authentication is enabled in Outlook.
✅ Pro Tip:
It’s a good idea to update your password in all devices (phone, tablet, webmail) where this email account is used to avoid sync issues.
