Introduction
JetBackup is a backup and restore system that allows you to access and restore backups of your website directly from cPanel. Depending on your hosting plan, JetBackup may provide access to backups of website files, databases, email accounts, and DNS zones.
JetBackup gives you the ability to restore specific items without needing to restore your entire hosting account.
Important Backup Notice
Backups are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. While we maintain backup systems to help protect customer data, all website owners should maintain their own backups and store copies in a secure off-site location.
Please note that email stored in the main cPanel account's default email address is not included in our remote backup system.
Always download and maintain your own backups before making significant changes to your website.
