Update 2: The drives could not be recovered. New drives are being installed. Once that's done the websites will be restored from a backup.
Update: The data tech is attempting to repair the drive. There is a small chance of data loss but this is the best option without completely wiping the drive and restoring from a backup.

UPDATE: One of the RAID drives failed (RAID 5 Array). Unfortunately after that drive was replaced a second drive failed. The storage cluster has to be rebuilt and the VMs will be restored from the latest snapshots taken yesterday (10/22/2024).
